Experience Sonoma Valley Announces “Sonoma Valley Delicious!”
Month-Long Epicurean Promotions to Run Throughout January
SONOMA, Calif. (December 29, 2016) – Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, also known as Experience Sonoma Valley California, has partnered with Visit California to bring Sonoma Valley Delicious! to the Sonoma Valley during the month of January 2017. Sonoma Valley Delicious!, a month-long celebration of all things epicurean in Sonoma Valley, will offer locals and visitors alike a chance to experience special offerings, promotions and tours at the area’s participating restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, olive producers, cheese makers, bakeries, breweries, retail shops and more. The celebration of culinary excellence will run January 1-31, 2017.
“Sonoma Valley is known throughout the world as a culinary epicenter,” said Jonny Westom, Experience Sonoma Valley’s executive director. “Sonoma Valley’s rich agriculture and bounty is shown through this promotion showcasing the culinary experiences Sonoma Valley has to offer .”
Special offerings include delectable one-time dishes from Sonoma Valley’s world-renowned restaurants, in addition to prix fixe menus, special cocktails or seasonal pairings, tours and more at amazing prices. Sonoma Valley Delicious! is aligned with Visit California’s California Restaurant Month program, a statewide promotion shining a global spotlight on California’s diverse epicurean experiences.
Sonoma Valley participants include Café la Haye, Carneros Bistro, Glen Ellen Star, the girl & the fig, Ramekins Culinary School, Chateau St. Jean Winery, Mayo Family Reserve Room, MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa, B.R. Cohn Winery, Sante at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, and more.
