In this class, we will take a tour through the digestive tract, explore common GI health issues, and understand the importance fermented foods play in restoring and maintaining our health today as well as the role ferments have played throughout human history.

  • Learn how to use ferments as medicine, which ones might be best for your constitution, and ways to include them to make every meal delicious!
  • Everyone will make their own fermented garden veggies, farmers cheese in olive oil, water kefir, and shrub.
