This class is a hands on cooking class with Chef Chat Mingkwan! You will learn to make the following: Pork and Shrimp Pot Stickers, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Crunchy Noodle Bird Nests, Steamed Sweet Rice in Lotus Leaves, Poached Chinese Broccoli Sesame Seed Balls.
