Passaggio Wines is joining Chef Bruce Yelner for a pop-up dinner celebrating Cindy Cosco’s Italian family and tradition of “supper” at her grandfather’s house.
On Saturday, February 23, 2018, Cindy will join Yelner at his home, along with the first ten (10) people to purchase a ticket.
Tickets are $75 per person.
Cocktails begin at 6:30pm, with dinner served at 7:00pm.
Antipasti paired with your choice of Passion Blend or Chenin Blanc
~ Polenta crostini with Fontina cheese and sage
~ Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta
~ Frittata della Nonna with potatoes, roasted peppers and pancetta
Segunde/Main dish paired with your choice of Teraldego or Connect Bordeaux Blend
~ Braciole di Manzo, Stuffed and rolled flank steak served with handmade pasta and served with sausage, meatballs and “Sunday Sauce.”
Dolce paired with Blanc de Noir
~ Tiramisu, Marscapone custard on coffee and rum, soaked ladyfingers sprinkled with cocoa powder. (Chef Yelner offers his own unique twist on this classic recipe)
