Chef’s Table: Sicilian Baroque Dinner Cooking Class

In this unique, intimate cooking class—named after the elite tables reserved for VIPs in many restaurant kitchens—you will join a small group of students for a very special evening in the kitchen with Tuscan cuisine expert Judy Witts-Francini. In this 4-hour, all hands-on cooking class, Judy will work side-by-side with students to create an entire stunning dinner menu of authentic recipes which respectfully salute the cuisine of Sicily.

• Salad of Oranges, Green Onions and Chili (Insalata di Arance)
• Stuffed Calamari (Calamari Ripieni)
• Beef Rolls Palermo-style, stuffed with Breadcrumbs, Pine nuts and Currants (Involtini di Manzo)
• Baked Pumpkin and Zucchini "Souffle” (Sformato di Zucca e Zucchini)
• Rich, Sweet and Sour Eggplant Stew (Caponata)
• Sponge Cake with Fresh Ricotta "Frosting" and covered in Ground Pistachios (Torta di Pistacchio)
