The HGTV Dream Home 2009 will be awarded to one lucky winner in March. Until then, online users can learn more about the home and sweepstakes, as well as see a photo gallery and a 360-degree tour at HGTV.com..
In addition, viewers can get a peek inside the new fully furnished, custom-designed home during our charity tours from January 15 through March 2, 2009.
Tour Times: Daily 9 am - 5 pm by reservation only

Tour Guidelines
- Children 3 and under are admitted at no charge, but must be carried by an adult.
- Strollers will not be allowed in the HGTV Dream Home.
- No smoking, food or beverages will be allowed in the HGTV Dream Home.
- Please remove your shoes before touring the home; booties will be provided.
- Tours have limited handicapped accessibility, and there is no elevator access within the home.
- No sitting on furniture.
- Do not touch any item in the HGTV Dream Home.
- Last tour begins at 4:30 pm.
- Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
