Plan an exciting Valentine’s Day Dinner at Ramekins with the incomparable Paula Wolfert as she entertains you with a demonstration class on Mediterranean cooking. After the lesson, experience Paula’s cooking first hand during an elegant four-course dinner served in the Vineyard Room.
Paula is a great entertainer, a world-class chef and has won the Julia Child Award, James Beard, MFK Fisher and Tastemaker Awards. Ms. Wolfert recently returned from Morroco with many stories to tell. Her cooking instruction draws on her experiences abroad and incorporates new ideas from her recently finished cookbook Clay Pot Cooking.
