A walk into the vineyard Learn about grape viticulture, growing seasons, pruning, trellising and the grape harvest as well as processes such as crush pit, presses, fermentation tanks, open top fermentation, “batonnage” of whites and barrel aging. Chocolate, Cheese and Wine Pairing After the tour we be sampling an array of Blackstone wines paired with artisan cheeses and chocolate.
