In addition to the Olive Fun and Games, this special weekend Larson Family Winery wants you to indulge yourself, and heighten your senses. They will be pairing their buttery 2006 Carneros Chardonnay with their own wine brittle, as well as their 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon with dark chocolate. They will have complimentary tastings of their newest product, their estate Verjus, made from unfermented green grape juice, and used by many an adventurous chef. At Larson, there is always fun for the whole family!
