Winemaker Dinner: Robledo Family Winery at Ramekins

Wednesday, June 03 2009, 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Ramekins is pleased to offer the ever popular winemaker dinners, designed to honor the tasteful art of fine wine and food pairing. This class will showcase wines from Robledo Family Winery in conjunction with exceptional epicurean offerings skillfully produced by Chef Manuel Arjona of Maya Restaurant in Sonoma. Join us as Everardo Robledo, president and winemaker at Robledo Family Winery, discusses winemaking while sharing some special releases, paired with inspired dishes prepared by Chef Arjona. Additionally, Everardo and Manuel will explore the reason certain ingredients in each recipe were chosen as a compliment to a particular wine.
