Learn valuable grilling techniques from Ramekins’ resident grilling expert, Lisa Lavagetto. While teaching the difference between direct and indirect grilling, Lisa will work with students to create foods using both methods. She will also discuss proper grill set-up, flame building and maintenance as well as techniques that are perfect for successful grilling every time.
