Mexican Appetizers and Sangria at Ramekins

Join Mexican culinary expert Agustin Gaytan for a unique cooking fiesta. Students will learn to prepare an amazing assortment of antojitos (appetizers) and then Agustin will share techniques for making authentic sangria. This class always sells out fast, so don’t miss it!

• Calamari, Scallops and Halibut Marinated in Orange-Lemon Juice with Habanero Chiles, Sweet Red Onion and Avocado (Ceviche Estilo Yucatan)
• Tacos Filled with Chicken in a Sauce of Toasted Chiles and Nuts (Taquitos de Canasta Sudados)
• Masa Cakes Topped with Chorizo, Queso Fresco and Purple Tomatillo Salsa (Sopesitos de Chorizo)
• Tamales with Beef in a Salsa of Tomatillos and Chipotle (Tamalitos de Costillas de Res)
• Chocolate and Tropical Arrayan Berries with Pasilla Chiles, Mexican Vanilla Bean and Crema (Pastel de Chocolate con Arrayan)
• Sparkling Wine with Mangoes, Grapes and Orange Liqueur (Sangria Blanca)
