Cupcakes have long been a beloved food. Individually sized, they are the perfect treat to enjoy anytime and any cake batter can be transformed into cupcakes with endless variations. Beloved instructor Jennifer Millar of Sweet Adeline Bakeshop will work with students to create a delectable assortment of cupcakes. Students will prepare, bake and decorate the cupcakes with some fun frosting techniques sure to inspire the baker in all of us.
• Black Bottom Cupcakes – Rich, Flourless Chocolate Cake Swirled with Cream Cheese and Glazed in Chocolate
• Walnut Cupakes with Caramel Buttercream and a Caramelized Walnut
• Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
• Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes with Berry Buttercream and Petal Confetti
• German Chocolate Cupcakes Topped with Caramel, Coconut and Pecans
