In part two of our Regional Chinese Cuisine series, Joyce Jue visits the southern part of the country. Fukien and Canton make up the southern coast of China and are the two major contributors to this region’s cuisine. Seafood plays an important role and Joyce will discuss some foods and teach proper techniques to create these dishes at home.
