“New Orleans Meets Sonoma County” with Chef Maria Vieages

Thursday, August 13 2009, 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Celebrate summer and learn how to make some classic Southern comfort food - Oysters Bienville, Andouille Stuffed Chicken Breast, Dirty Rice, Smothered Sonoma Greens and Cherries Jubilee – all served with refreshing warm weather drinks, New Orleans style! 

The cost is $95 per person which includes ingredients, instruction, recipes, and a fabulous meal. You are welcome to join us for the cooking classes only, but if you would like to add an overnight stay we are offering a special rate of $99 for single occupancy and $129 for double occupancy. Take home Kristi's recipe collection and a Wine Country Inns cookbook as our gift to you with your overnight stay.
