| Scandinavian open faced sandwiches are elegant, beautiful, nourishing and satisfying. Learn how to make them in the proper Scandinavian fashion with the correct garnishes and sauces. We’ll also make a spectacular Norwegian Seafood Sandwich Cake. When we’re done, we’ll sit down and enjoy the results of our labors with traditional, refreshing fruit “saft” to drink and good, strong Norwegian coffee.
The cost is $95 per person which includes ingredients, instruction, recipes, and a fabulous meal. You are welcome to join us for the cooking classes only, but if you would like to add an overnight stay we are offering a special rate of $99 for single occupancy and $129 for double occupancy.
