| Participants will learn to enhance the overall experience of the marriage of cheese and wine. In small groups (maximum of 8 guests per session) participants will taste a flight of four flagship wines paired with four specially chosen Sonoma County artisan cheeses. Guests will have the opportunity to rate each cheese on its merits with each wine. Cost: $25 per person, $20 for B.R. Cohn wine club members. |
