Join Junipero & Co. as we host a rare culinary experience! Learn about ancient old world food products made from wine grapes & olives grown and produced by a husband and wife duo from Terra Sonoma Artisan Foods & Garden Creek Vineyards, located in Geyserville.
Come and enjoy a unique insight into the world of the vine through this Vintage Luncheon menu. In wine country we all love our wine but the grapevine has so much more to offer! Taste their estate olive oil, the juice of the unripened grape, VerJus and the rich caramel flavor of cooked grape must, Saba.
You’ll learn about these very special ingredients, along with simple and delicious recipes to use them. The food will be paired with the couples’ wines only sold thru their winery and their mailing list.
