An evening of Olive Oil Education and festivities with Albert Katz, one of the founding members of the California Olive Council. Albert will give a lively presentation on the history and future of the California olive oil industry. Enjoy olive oil based hors d’oeuvres prepared by chef, Jacob Lovell, and local chef Stephen Viguerie, Sonoma County Wines and live music from Michel Saga. 10% of sales to benefit the Sonoma Valley School Garden Project.
