Hosted by Cindy Friedman, CWP This one of a kind seminar will explore the Carneros region and how Pinot Noir is not only the perfect wine for food pairing but also the perfect grape for the blending of sparkling wines. Cost is $30 per person, plus tax.

Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards welcomed Cindy Friedman in 2007 to head up Wine Education & Consumer Marketing. Friedman, who earned her Certified Wine Professional (CWP) credential at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley, will be hosting the Educational Tasting Series. Seminars are held on Friday's and on one Saturday per month from 10:30am to 12:00pm.
