In this unique, intimate cooking class—named after the elite tables reserved for VIPs in many restaurant kitchens—you will join a small group of students for a very special evening in the kitchen with classically-trained French chef Pierre Lagourgue. In this 4-hour, student participation cooking class, Chef Pierre will work side-by-side with students to create an entire stunning Summer dinner, featuring dishes from various regions of France. Special wines from Sonoma will be served along with the meal.
