Come to Ramekins for a fun afternoon and learn how to make Spain’s most famous dish while developing some useful culinary skills. Taking on many forms and incomparable in flavor, paella is the perfect dish for entertaining and enjoying the fruits of your labor, family-style. Chef Mat Schuster will coach students in creating a complete meal with three paella variations, along with a Spanish starter and sangria.
