The Valley of the Moon Petanque Club and Ravenswood Winery will host Bastille Day in Sonoma's Deport Park on Sunday, July 11. The day celebrates all things French and features a petanque tournament and a luncheon.

The lunch includes grilled-roasted grass fed filet with Bearnaise butter and Sonoma sauce vert, summer potato gratin, green salad with peaches and candied walnuts, Artisan bread and cheeses and creme caramel with berry sauce. Ravenswood wines will be served alongside.

Participants must sign-up for the tournament by 10 a.m. on Sunday, with reservations taken online at www.vompc.org. The tournament does fill up early so reserve a spot early. The cost to participate is $6 and the tournament will be organized in Random Triples.

The cost for lunch is $20.
