New Orleans Cooking Class & Dinner at Junipero & Co.

Monday, July 26 2010, 5:00pm - 8:00pm
 Join Junipero & Co. and New Orleans Native, Chef Stephen Viguerie, for an evening of Cooking Education, Fun, Food and Wine!  We'll learn the ABC's of preparing some of the Crescent City's most historic and famous dishes as Chef Stephen demonstrates and discusses how to prepare the following:
- Bloody Mary Masics
- Oysters Rockefeller: The Original from Antoine's
- Shrimp Remoulade
- Authentic Gumbo, the Long Way
- Brennan's One & Only Bananas Foster
- Milk Punch, It's Not Just for the Holidays 

We'll enjoy our hard work during a festive four-course, seated dinner, each course accompanied by Sonoma County wines.  After which, you'll have the opportunity to take home printed recipes.
$150 per person, space is limited to 10 students, reservations are essential.
