In this unique, intimate cooking class—named after the elite tables reserved for VIPs in many restaurant kitchens—you will join a small group of students for a very special evening in the kitchen with Ramekins’ Executive Chef Joe Vitale. Having trained with many luminaries in the culinary world, including Gary Danko, Joe brings bright, seasonal flavors to the table with wonderful style. In this 4-hour, all hands-on cooking class, Joe will work side-by-side with students to create an entire authentic dinner paired with local wines.
