Join culinary instructor and cookbook author Chat Mingkwan for a hands-on adventure in Vietnamese cuisine. Traditional Vietnamese cooking utilizes a diverse range of herbs and is greatly admired for freshness of ingredients. Chat will discuss common ingredients and share the various techniques utilized to achieve these exotic, flavorful dishes.
