Welcome to Sonoma Valley, NASCAR fans. Sonoma Raceway is always a great stop on the tour, with great food, more than 100 wineries and beautiful scenery all nearby.

When you are ready to explore the "Valley of the Moon" take the free shuttle from Sonoma Raceway to the Sonoma Plaza, with stops along the way at Viansa Winery and Cornerstone Gardens.

Every two hours the shuttle will leave Sonoma Raceway for the quaint Sonoma Plaza – a ride of about 45 minutes, with two stops along the way.

The first stop is Viansa Winery, noted as much for their popular Sonoma wines as the view overlooking the vineyards in the Carneros region of southern Sonoma Valley. One of the first wineries in Sonoma Valley when coming from the south, Viansa also has a great deli for lunch and picnic items.

Cornerstone Gardens, a unique marketplace with boutique tasting rooms, luxury shopping, on-site restaurant and of course, gardens designed by world-renowned landscape architects. There is also a visitor center onsite to answer all your Sonoma Valley questions and provide maps and guides.

The final stop is the Sonoma Plaza, an eight-acre square in the center of town ringed by shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. Need recommendations or help with directions? Peek into the Visitors Bureau on the east side of the plaza for a guide to everything Sonoma.

When you’re ready to get back to the races the shuttle will pick you up on the plaza and bring you back directly to Sonoma Raceway.
