wines and food-focused short films in this sensory delight of a dinner.

Michael Howell is the Founder and Executive Director of Devour! For more than 25 years, Michael has been a leading chef across the United States, Canada and The Bahamas. Michael has twice cooked at New York’s prestigious James Beard House as featured chef.

 

Douglas Keane
HEALDSBURG BAR AND GRILL | HEALDSBURG
ROADHOUSE 29 | ST. HELENA
Through his groundbreaking restaurant, Cyrus (Healdsburg, CA), Douglas amassed a litany of awards, including two Michelin stars as well as Four Stars from the SF Chronicle, both within seven years. Douglas was also  presented the James Beard Award for Best Chef California and competed in Bravo’s TOP CHEF MASTERS where he won the entire competition. Douglas is currently working on reopening Cyrus in a vineyard setting, surrounded by the farms he features on his menu. He is hoping to open the doors by 2020. He currently owns and manages Healdsburg Bar and Grill and Roadhouse 29.

Seadon Shouse

Chef Seadon Shouse is an award-winning chef with almost 20 years of experience in the kitchens of acclaimed restaurants throughout the United States. In 2018, Chef Shouse joined the team as Chef/Partner of Coast  Kitchen at Timber Cove Resort in Northern California where the cuisine showcases the Sonoma coast.

Casey Thompson
GEORGETTE | SONOMA
Chef Casey Thompson is a native Texan and three-time Bravo Top Chef competitor. Casey is the Director of Culinary Development for Sonoma’s Best Hospitality Group and is a partner and Executive Chef for Georgette, a new Sonoma restaurant slated to open late summer/fall of 2020.

Hironobu Tsujiguchi

A third generation traditional Japanese confectioner, Hironobu Tsujiguchi is the youngest winner of Japan’s  ational patisserie competition. He has been awarded the prestigious Salon du Chocolat award (Paris) every year since 2013.
