Experience not only a delicious dinner but many La Luna Mezcal expressions. You will start out with a mezcal cocktail that is typical in Mexico called a Paloma (or Palomita), with some homemade chips & guacamole. Salvador Chavez, founder and producer of La Luna Mezcal (and Kina's husband) will guide you through the process of farm to table mezcal, starting at his father's natal home in Cotija, Mexico. Sal will explain with images the incredible journey of making mezcal. La Luna Mezcal is in over 30 states in the USA, and there are over 30 expressions (like wine varietals) available. Join us for this once in a lifetime experience, like no other that pairs the mezcal with the food that is becoming famous for its incredible, clean and delicious ingredients. Many of our food ingredients are organic, locally sourced and sustainable. Our restaurant is woman owned and operated. We strive to bring you home made meals as all of our meals are made in house!
