Hands on Cheesemaking Classes at The Epicurean Connection

The Epicurean Connection is offering hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions.

The hands-on cheesemaking class lasts for 90 minutes and participants will receive a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map. The class also includes an artisan cheese tasting and a glass of rose. Guests will make a 2-3# Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese and may also flavor the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar.

Please bring a cooler to take home your cheese.

Classes are held Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 12 pm, and Saturday at 3:30 pm.

Fee is $125.00 per guest.
