On Sunday, June 21st our Assistant Winemaker Carl Formaker will be doing a live cook-a-long class and wine pairing with the Truffle Shuffle team (a group of three former French Laundry teammates) and special guest Petra Bergstein, President and Co-Founder of the Caviar Co.
The menu is a true Sunday feast, featuring ribeye steaks garnished with truffles (of course), and luxurious caviar-topped baked potatoes. The meal is paired with our 2018 Durell Vineyard Pinot Blanc and the 2018 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. If you're looking for a fun and unique experience to celebrate someone special that weekend (psst...this class happens to be on Father's Day!) this is an amazing opportunity to spend some (virtual) time together and show your love to anyone who deserves something extra special.
