Mezcal and Dinner: An Educational Evening

Come and learn all about mezcal with the CEO and Founder of La Luna Mezcal, Salvador Chavez. Sal will teach you about the nuances of the more than 20 different kinds of mezcal that La Luna creates, as well as the history of his family farm. 

Sal is an incredible story teller and speaks about his family's farm in Cotija, Mexico that has been his father's homeland and is now expanded to grow organic agave which is then cultivated, distilled and bottled to produce La Luna Mezcal. "Walk" along with him to visit his family farm through this organic farm-to-table experience. The mezcal tasting will be accompanied by delicious food from Picazo Kitchen and Bar (PKB).

You can join him at his wife, Kina Chavez, at PKB on Sonoma Highway (Highway 12), from 5 - 7 pm.
