Thanksgiving at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission In

family-style Thanksgiving dinner on ThursdayNovember 26, 2020, from 4:00pm, all the comforts of home without any of the work. Leave the carving and cooking to Fairmont’s culinary team; all families need to do is share the serving bowls and savor the turkey with all of the trimmings.

 Chef Jared Reeves and his team are preparing family favorites including carved roast turkey served with brown butter gravy, chestnut stuffing with Sonoma mushrooms and sage and of course, whipped Yukon mashed potatoes. The complete menu is noted below:

 Chef’s selection of artisan cheese and charcuterie

Roast turkey with cranberry sauce and brown butter gravy

Spiced honey glazed ham with Cumberland sauce


Chestnut stuffing with local mushrooms and sage

Heirloom sweet potato with feta, pomegranate and molasses

Whipped Yukon potatoes with roasted garlic butter

Green salad with citrus dressing and fresh herbs


Pumpkin cheesecake with spiced crème fraiche and huckleberries

Maple bourbon pecan pie with salted caramel brittle

Chocolate opera cake with roasted hazelnuts and fresh raspberries

Family-style Thanksgiving Dinner is served from 4:00pm and is priced at $59.00 per person.  Children aged 12 years and under dine for $30.00 and under the age of 5 are complimentary.    Valet parking included, alcohol, tax and gratuity are additional. For reservations, please phone (707) 939-2476.
