Join Valley of the Moon Chamber Ensemble for a musical celebration of Spring! From the Renaissance harmonies of Claude Le Jeune and Thomas Tomkins to the classical melodies of Robert Pearsall and Orlando Gibbons, and the modern voices of Eriks Ešenvalds, Paul Mealor, and Vaclovas Augustinas, VOMCE sings the many moods of Spring.
Valley of the Moon Chamber Ensemble is a grassroots consortium of local voices rivaling chamber ensembles anywhere. Co-directed by Dr. Brian Sebastian & Beth Carter, the Ensemble’s benefit concerts offer a spectacular range of traditional and contemporary choral music.
There will be two concerts. Both concerts will be held at the Sonoma Valley Community Church.
The first concert is an evening performance on Saturday, April 4 at 4:00PM. A special reception with the opportunity to mingle and speak with members of the ensemble follows the evening concert along with wine and delicious hors d’oeuvres.
Following the evening concert, a Sunday matinee concert will be held at 3:00PM on April 5.
