Upon arrival you'll be greeted with a glass of Passaggio Sparkling Wine and Cactus Chicken Bites on cornbread.
Your Entree will include Smoked Beef Brisket with Chef's own Dark, Secret Mole BBQ Sauce.
Spicy smoked Sausages, Drunken Beans, Marinated Bell Pepper Slaw, and Dessert will include fresh, homegrown peaches, grilled and served with Burnt Sugar Sauce.
