Susan Topf's Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. All levels and ages welcome.
The trail varies on weather conditions and group interests. Gentle yoga and intention setting to start our journey off on the right foot together as we balance what the ever changing face of nature has to hold for us through yoga along 2-3 miles of varied terrain.
Parking is FREE if registered online in advance. Meet at the Visitor's Center unless otherwise noted in confirmation email prior to the hike.
What to bring:
Please wear weather appropriate clothing to feel comfortable being in a natural setting and water (as needed). No mat necessary.
