Il Fuoco’s menu focuses on classic and contemporary Italian-style pizzas, among them a Margherita, its fresh red tomatoes, white mozzarella, and green basil mirroring the Italian flag; roasted mushroom with preserved lemons; fresh clams with garlic and Pecorino; salumi with Vella tome, and WTF, featuring house-smoked brisket and pork shoulder, sausage, maple cured bacon, mozzarella, and tomato. The WTF Burger, praised by Food Network personality Guy Fieri, is also on the menu. Antipasti options include olives, meat balls, frito misto with shrimp, salumi, and wood-roasted artichokes. Such salads as a Little Gem Caesar; Roasted Beets with tomato, green beans, avocado, and Gorgonzola, and Misto, served family style for up to six guests, round out savory offerings.
The dessert menu features Larman’s famous big pies, Lizzy’s double chocolate, walnut and sel gris cookies, and La Poste’s spectacular Chocolate Mousse, spiked with Grand Marnier. Beverages feature local selections with an emphasis on Cal-Ital wines, aperitif cocktails, and more, including plenty for non-imbibers.
Il Fuoco is open Thursday – Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
