Chef’s speciality mac and cheese made with house-made beurre blanc cheese sauce and Emporium toasted crumb.

Hancrafted Prosciutto and Burrata cheese on sourdough toast, brushed with a sun-dried tomato impasto, topped with spicy hot honey, olive oil, flaked sea salt and craked pepper.
