SONOMA, Calif. – JUNE 18, 2018 –  Today, Budget Travel has named the town of Sonoma one of the “10 Coolest Small Towns in America 2018.”

The magazine’s annual list “Coolest Small Towns in America” is celebrating its 13th year of honoring America’s best towns. Curated by Budget Travel’s team of U.S. travel experts, the final list includes towns with a population of less than 20,000 that offer travelers an unparalleled mix of culture, community spirit, natural beauty and great food.

“We are thrilled the town of Sonoma received this recognition from Budget Travel’s industry experts,” said Gary Saperstein, Interim Executive Director of Experience Sonoma Valley, California. “Their experts have recognized something our community, and returning travelers, have known for a long time – just how special the town of Sonoma is. A true year-round destination, Sonoma - as well as the larger Sonoma Valley region - encourages travelers to partake in our fun, friendly and beautiful wine country lifestyle.”
